[SOLVED] Horizontal black line on PC monitor!

Hello everyone. Days ago i've started noticing a thin horizontal black line that crosses the entire monitor, centimeters above the windows bar. After reinstalling all drivers the thing stayed the same.
I have a AMD rx570 4gb video card.

The line itself does not appear on screenshots, but it does appear on the BIOS menu and when using windows.

Gpu or monitor issue?
Is there any solution?, thanks for reading.

Monitor. If it were the GPU, it would be in your screenshots.

As for solutions:
Try changing the monitor cable, or switching ports, if possible.
How old is this monitor? Probably time for a replacement.

Loose connections inside the monitor usually take out more than one row of pixels, but you could try exposing the innards of the panel and re-plugging all the connectors (after letting it power down for a long while)
