Question Horizontal lines

I have this Bezel 240hz 27-inch monitor that suddenly has 2 horizontal lines at the lower part. the lines are only visible on dark screens like when movies or games have fade-to-black scene transitions. So I tested my monitor using the Deadpixel site, the lines are not visible on white and green screens, barely visible on blue and red screens, and very noticeable on dark screens.
I'm not bothered since I only got this for $200 and heavily used it for more than 2 years now, at least 12 hours every day and it's not that noticeable when watching movies or gaming except for transition parts. But it could be better if there is still a way to fix this.

Try checking of your refresh rate and resolution match the monitor. If that doesn’t work try changing your cable connecting your pc to your monitor. If that doesn’t work try reinstalling/updating your display drivers. And if all that doesn’t work I’m afraid it means potential damage to your monitor

I think the problem is in the monitor itself, because i never move any cable or change any settings on refresh rate. also I tried the monitor on my work pc with a different cable and port but the lines are still there. maybe will start to slowly give up soon.

hardware issue. to fix it is to replace it
