Horizontal stripes in games.

Hello,
I have recently bought parts for my entire new computer. After successful assembly I noticed, while playing games like ARMA 3 or Batman Arkham City, series of horizontal stripes which you can see on picture taken from mobile phone below, because screenshots miraculously don't include them. Stripes appear immediately after 3D graphic is displayed. Although is not very discomforting, I wouldn't want to see it in my new computer.

My computer consists of:

  • CPU - Intel Core i5-4670K 3,4GHz 6MB, cooler Thermarlight HR-02 Macho Black-White
    SSD - Plextor 128 SATA3 px-128MSS
    HDD - WD Blue WD10EZX 1TB sata 3 64MB,
    GPU - Gigabyte GF GTX770 2GB OC
    DDR3 - kingston HyperX 2x4GB 1600 (KHX16C9B1BK2/8)
    MOTHERBOARD - MSI Z87-G45 Gaming Instel Z87 LGA 1150
Case - Akasa Venom Toxit Gaming ...
PSU - Crosair CX Series Modular CX760M CP-9020061-EU 80Plus Bronze
    LG dvd recorder

Needles to say I followed every reasonable paths to solution:

    1. I checked temperature on my GPU, after half an hour of play it has reached its maximum of 52 degree Celsius.
    2. I checked power cables to my 750W Crosair modular PSU - they were fine.
    3. I checked whether my monitor is doing all these problems. Connection is fine. I even checked, just to be sure, whether my old computer with GTX460 is making the same problem - it is not.
    4. I removed my GTX 770 (new GPU from entirely new computer) and installed GTX 460 from the previous computer - but the problems still exists. So, I thought, it's not directly connected to my GPU.
    5. I have 2x4GB of memory. I removed one memory from slot B and left only 2GB on slot D (dual channel necessity). Then I connected the previously removed memory to slot B, and removed memory on slot D. The problem persisted.
    6. I checked PSU modular cables, whether they have full contact. Checked motherboard connections.

Now I just lack any ideas that might help me at least to diagnose what component is making those stripes. As for me they are acceptable, but this comptuer is for my younger brother who is not accepting this, since he splashed huge money on that PC.

Dear community, do you have any valuable ideas or solutions to this problem?

update: I forgot to mention that I use some rather outdated LCD, and to connect I use D-Sub - DVI adapter. I also tried 2 other adapters with the same results.

Unfortunately for me the problems goes off, and lines doesn't appear when I use older computer with GTX460, but GPU seems not to be the problem.

Cord is securely plugged into both GPU and monitor.

When I'm on desktop the lines aren't visible.

The lines appear immediately, even in menu of a game which is 3D.
I mentioned that I was measuring temperatures while gaming in GPU-Z and HWMonitor, max. temperature was still in safe area, that is 52 degree Celsius. Temperature mustn't is not the problem.

Vsync is enabled in every game, when it's turned off the lines are even stronger. Those line appear whether I'm using ultra settings or the lowest settings. My monitor is Samsung SyncMaster 2043 link. Later today I will my PC on another monitor.

I connected my HDMI TV to the PC, fortunately the stripes disappeared. I thoroughly searched for the same people's problems on the internet. In most cases changing the old VGA monitor to more up-to-date (at least with DVI-I) connector helped. It seems that I have to replace it, because drivers didn't really make a difference.
