Horosoft 4.0 - unable to install

Hi, I have a licensed window 7 (64 bit) installed in my laptop. However, I need to install Horosoft 4.0 version which only supports Windows 7 (32 bit). Can you please suggest as to how this issue can be resolved. Thanks!

32-bit software (except device drivers) should run on 64-bit Windows no problem because 64-bit Windows incorporates a 32-bit sub-system. It's only when it's the other way around that it won't work.

It clearly states:

"Compatible with XP , Vista 32/64 , Windows 7 32/64 , Windows 8 32/64 , Windows 10 32/64"

Hi Phillip, thank you for your response! However, as soon as I installs this version, it says window is not compatible for 64 bit and the pop closes.

That error usually occurs when you try to install 64-bit software on 32-bit Windows.

Please double-check your Windows version (is it 32-bit or 64-bit)?

Then I am stumped.

I thought maybe you needed to buy Horosoft 64-bit, but there is no 64-bit version of Horosoft.

So that's as far as I can go with this - - you'll have to ask somebody else or contact makers of Horosoft and ask them.

same problem in windows 8.1 64bit. software working fine in windows 10 32bit.
