I have an LG Flatron 915Ft Plus, and have been EXTREMELY happy with it until yesterday. After reading Toms article on monitors, I decided to adjust the temperature of my monitor. Now sometimes (not always...usually when there is lag on the system), the monitor will appear to be switching from 6500 to 9300 Temp. Sometimes, this switching can be so frequent, and so distracting, that I turn my computer off. I have tried:
Different Refresh rates
Tightening cable
Degaussing
Adjusting temps
Underclocking Video Card

Nothing has worked...I have emailed LG... Any suggestions?

spec? What's spec?

I don;t think I've altered anything that I wasn't supposed to...

I picked 85 Hz....I also run the nVidia refresh rate fix, so that it sometimes gets up to 120 Hz....

Make sure 120 Hz isn't too high. I know my monitor can't handle that, but maybe yours can.
