Host Process for windows services eats 50-60% bandwith

Lately my internet been working very slow. I looked at ''Killer Network manager'' and it shows Windows host processes take around 50% of my network can anyone help me to disable it? I cant play any games or download them until this is fixed

How long has it been like that? Are you sure windows isn't trying to update? Open up windows update and look at update history is there a bunch of failed updates in there? Other possibilities are a virus, you could be in a bot net helping DDOS some server somewhere and not even know it. I would run a virus scan with up to date virus definitions.

Thank you for your reply. Few days ago I reinstalled my windows It shows I dont have anymore updates to download. I am running windows 10 maybe some background updates are downloading ?

Same thing happened today. In the morning my internet was fast I could download data at 4 mb/s now its down to 600kb...

The solution was disabling BITS and windows update
