Why are you not buying and installing a commercial solution? This is a long solved problem.
Rolling your own, in MS Access, is likely to fail.

Be the Project Manager. Find a real solution, with actual ongoing support. Buy that and get it installed.
I can see many many ways your winging it with MS Access will go badly wrong.

Then revise the search criteria as applicable.

Do not reinvent the proverbial "wheel".

Serious question - Is this actually a school assignment ?

If this indeed is a project where you design a software for a real hotel - asking this on an internet forum the way you do, there is a whole pool of red lights, begging the following questions:

• What about data security, what is the plan for that ?
• What about contract between you and the hotel management? When a data breach occur sometime in the future, and some hundreds of customers personal data and payment cards info is getting stolen, who will be liable - you or the hotel ?

So, if you're not able to answer the qustions above, I'd recommend you leave the project - because of potential personal risk of being legally liable when disaster happens.
