What were the hottest temp ever that you experienced on your CPU or GPU??

83C on my 760.

My Record is 94C on a 4690k (bad mount)
and 122C on my ancient 7300GS in my junkpile PC

and yes, i know these are dangerous temps

96c while trying to air cool a 9590

actually i did reach 90c while stress testing my cpu with the stock cooler and i accidently left my gpu fan curve on low so i hit 94c and started to throttle.

My old i7 920 hit 85c on the stock dusty cooler
