intel core i3-9100F
NVIDIA GTX1650 super
8GB DDR4 2400MHZ
motherboard: MSI H310M PRO-VHD PLUS mATX
Is this good with corsair cv450 or cv550? is it stable in gaming?
Just a low budget DIY gaming PC, not play PC games in max definition

please give some suggestions, thank you!

The CV series are probably better suited to a home office pc, not a gaming system. That being said, your power draw with these components is very low and it should be ok. I generally recommend the CX series as the lowest budget power supply for gaming.
