How am I supposed boot my computer if I need to install drivers for my GPU to work?!

I am building a brand new PC (my first build) and just finished. I started my computer and got a no signal error on my monitor. I rechecked all the connections put my GPU (a msi GTX 770) and RAM back in and still no luck. I then read the manual for the GPU and found out I need to install drivers for it to work, however I can't do that as my motherboard doesn't even boot up since it senses no GPU. I also can't connect my monitor straight to my motherboard as I have no integrated graphics. Now I have no idea what to do and am quite depressed.
These are my specs:

M547 LE R2.0 motherboard

fx-6300 6 core processor (AMD)

msi GTX 770 twin frozr 2GB

4GB of RAM I got from staples just picked the first 4GB I saw with ddr3

And also my keyboard will not turn on and I have no audio. Maybe this is because my mobo won't boot? As I cannot hear any post beeps.

Windows has a simple driver built in for it to use the GPU when you're first installing it. The problem is either your mobo or your graphics card was DOA

Edit: as far as post beeps go, those come from a speaker on the motherboard. The motherboard or case usually comes with one to plug in as needed

Does your motherboard have an on-board video? If so try connecting the video cable to that first and see if you are able to boot into Windows. I think that motherboard does.. I could be wrong.. it could also be a BIOS setting once you get into the BIOS.

I also can't connect my monitor straight to my motherboard as I have no integrated graphics.

You don't need any drivers for the BIOS display; and, as already said, you don't need any drivers to install Windows and get a basic display. You do need drivers to get the most out of your graphics card, in particular accelerated graphics.

Assuming that you have connected both PCI power connectors, and that your PSU is up to the job, it sounds as if you have a faulty component. As a matter of interest, what is the make, model, and power rating of your PSU?

That's wrong. The proper driver is only needed to get the best out of your card, your card will still work without it. There is a lot that the card displays before the proper driver is installed.

It sounds like you have a different problem. I know you've said you've checked connections but check your motherboard power cables again (24-pin and 4/8 pin aux) as well as the power cables to the graphics card (this should be a 6 pin connector and a 6 or 8 pin connector).

Umm so did I break the motherboard as I hear no beeps and what is DOA? And I can't install windows as I can't access the BIOS

DOA = dead on arrival. So you plugged the speaker into the board and heard nothing? Do fans turn on?

Yes all fans LEDs turn on however I don't think my power supply fan turns on and I hear little noises but not beeps

you should have a small system speaker, make sure this is plugged into the right pins on the front panel connector, it's a plug 4 pins wide.

remove all memory, remove the graphics card

boot system

what beeps do you get? Any?

Okay, just making sure it wasn't the fault of some crappy PSU. If your board isnt giving any beeps then there may not be a problem with anything. Are connecting from DVI on card to VGA on monitor?

My monitor has a DVI and a VGA port but I only have a VGA cable. and my GPU only has DVI ports so I was using this converter I got with the 770.
My keyboard isn't working either

Try unplugging power cord and holding power button for a minute, then plug back in
Edit: you can also try removing the CMOS battery for a bit and put back in. It's on your motherboard and looks like a silver circle
