How am I supposed to go back to integrated graphics???

So, this morning my molex kinda blew up haha. And I can't use my GPU until I get a new one (molex). But the question is how do i go back to integrated graphics? Ive looked this up many times but my issue seems to be a little different. When I take out my GPU and connect the monitor to the motherboard, the first thing I see is a continuous black screen. I wanted to uninstall my gpu drivers but I couldnt access my PC again as the little window saying,"check signal cable" or "no video input" bounces from corner to corner. This really frustrates me and I really need help! Thanks!

reset the jumper on the motherboard and plug the cable into the motherboard.

What CPU/MB do you have? Not all CPUs actually have a graphics core.

I have an a4-7300 (i know its a crappy apu and works real shit with my r7 360 but im waiting for my 880k to come so im getting bottleknecked real hard right now)
motherboard is a78m e35 v2
