Question how bad will my motherboard hold back my cpu's performance?

my psu is 700 watts, pretty sure it will do alright.

Remember quality. Not just wattage.

The PSU is a critical component.

The mobo will be fine, it has pcie gen3 but unless you're putting a 4090/7900xtx in it, it won't matter much.
A 120/140mm air tower should cool those vrms a little, maybe get a cooler that pushes air down.

Check what memory speeds it supports too.

basically, h series are enterprise models and suitable for i3 cpus
b series are convinient for i5 cpus
but z series of motherboards are built for i7 (especially 10th gen and higher)
if you want to recieve the most out of your parts
