Question how bad will my motherboard hold back my cpu's performance?

However, the source is more than clear, as I read the post, about limitations of the motherboard.

Will only add the suggestion that the PSU be well considered along with everything else.

my psu is 700 watts, pretty sure it will do alright.
 
basically, h series are enterprise models and suitable for i3 cpus
b series are convinient for i5 cpus
but z series of motherboards are built for i7 (especially 10th gen and higher)
if you want to recieve the most out of your parts
