Those are two low end products. They would have a nice marriage imo. The 4300 will be imposing the hardware limitation. 4.5GHz pretty much removes that but not completely.

If you have a fx 4300, the GTX1050 is appropriate.

If you have a GTX1050, buy a different processor; FX is slow and obsolete.
