How Can I Boot Up My 4 screen PC preloaded with all my browser windows open the way I want?

Is there a way to do that for windows 8.1? Every morning I have to open several programs and explorer windows. It would be great if they were always open, its easier to close them than open them.

You can set multiple web pages in your browser as your home page and setup the browser to open at startup but I am not sure how you would position the windows to open in different spots/

I have 4 monitors and ideally want to open 1 or 2 programs on a monitor, a few tabs in explorer on another etc. I work on it every day. Seems odd that Windows hasn't recognized that people may do this and try to help out.
