Question How can I cast my pc on a non smart tv

I have a non smart tv that i want to connect to my pc which is in another room. I have a 15m long hdmi and a 15m long ethernet cable for usb devices but i get constant disconnections on the usb. Is there a way to cast on the tv via a tv box and use an xbox controller and an air mouse to control the pc?

Just connect the TV via HDMI on a spare slot on GPU if you have. In windows set extended desktop and use it as such.

Get a wireless mouse/keyboard/controller (make sure range is not a problem), and you are set to use it. Just switch the input of the TV to hdmi.

Thanks for the replies but I would prefer a wireless solution. And range is an issue as the xbox one cotroller is wireless but the distance is a problem. Same goes for the air mouse. I know you can cast it with an nvidia card as mine on a smart tv and use its usb for the peripherals but i am asking if this is possible with an android tv box
