[SOLVED] How can i check GT 710 2GB Gigabyte fully for defects?

I am buying a Gt 710 2Gb gigabyte (used for 6 months)

The seller is surely genuine,and he has agreed to come over to test the GPU on my Pc.

I wanted to know that if i can check the Gpu for every possible defect within a time limit of 1 hour...

Can you guys suggest a software or something for this ?

And just another side question ,

My PSU is 450W ,DC output is +12V | 25A ,-12V | 0.6A

The recommended psu for the card is 300W, 22 A

Will it work on my PSU?

is a gt 710, not much to test.
download gpuz to make sure it genuine.

Yeah, it's not like it's a GPU for gaming that you can meaningfully stress-test. It's a basic "see Windows" GPU, so really, if you don't see any physical defects and you can see your normal desktop, that's pretty much all you can do.
