How can I complain to the manufacturer of Hong Hua fans about the quality of the products?

They released a fan model called Hong Hua HA1225H12F-Z, which has a lot of bad reviews. People are looking for a replacement for it in expensive power supplies. Even found in Deepcool PQ850M. Can one of you write a letter to Hong Hua? Are there many of us like that?

Unless you take the necessary precautions and have the necessary experience, members should not be mucking around inside PSUs. It can be dangerous, very dangerous.

If you don't like this particular fan, find and use another. I suspect Hong Hua aren't really interested in feedback. Rather, you might consider complaining to the companies that use this fan, suggesting they use better products.

Agreed. I’m a tech and won’t go inside a power supply. Conventional wisdom is the the capacitors in a power supply can hold enough voltage even if things are unplugged to kill or severely hurt you. Especially if you are a newb, don’t ever open a psu. Live with it or replace it.

And by the time any "letter" arrives the manufacturer may have changed its' name, ownership, declared bankruptcy, etc. making it all moot. If "caring" about quality was even or ever a long term consideration....

Quick profits now being the more likely goal versus quality.
