Question how can I connect a controller board to a laptop display

Hi everyone!

A few weeks ago my laptop went wrong, and I decided to save its monitor. I suppose I could use it as an external display, or a secondary monitor for my pc.
As I know this controller board can be connected to the monitor:

but how can I connect the cables to my monitor to use it (which cable connect to wich part of the controller board?

The cable you see in the middle of your image, should go onto the 30pin LVDS port on the controller:

but I think you're not going to be able to use the cable that came with the screen.

Also, you didn't mention the make and model of the display/SKU for your laptop to verify if you are indeed looking at the right controller baord.

ok, but I suppose this two cables is the power supply

These can be connected to the controller board or I have to use an external power supply for it? In this case wich cable is the ground and what voltage sould I use?

And whats for the white cable?

But where to connect the 3 additional cables (black white and grey)? These can be connected to the controller board or I have to use an external power supply for it? In this case wich cable is the ground and what voltage sould I use?
