Hello,
Here's my situation:
2 PCs very far from router
1 LONG cable from router to room

How can I use this one cable to supply full speed internet to both PCs?

Mostly yes if you were to look very hard you might find some garbage.
https://www.amazon.com/NETGEAR-5-Port-Gigabit-Ethernet-Unmanaged/dp/B07S98YLHM

There are both gigabit switches. For $2-$3 less you can get name brand 10/100 and if you are really cheap you can get a non name brand 10/100 5 port switch for $10. I would spend the extra $5 and get a well known brand with gigabit ports. It only matters if your internet speed is over 100mbps but for the tiny difference in price you might as well get better. A switch tends to never get outdated and these boxes are simple so you likely can be using it 10 years from now.

Will this slow my speeds down?
Just did a speed test and I get 361.3 Mbps download
I want both PCs to be at full speed on the network.

My goal:
1 PC to game
1 PC to Stream
