Question How can I connect to my router if my router doesn't recognize my connection?

Hi I want to connect to my Router Wireless Gigabit TENDA AC10 AC1200 and I can't do that. I get the error ,, Ethernet does not have a valid IP configuration''.
What can I do?

How do I fix this? Is this happening because of my laptop?
My laptop won't recognize my router!

I have another laptop from my mother and the router seems to be working fine!

Don’t reinstall Windows. Sounds like you configured it wrong. Follow the install instructions carefully. Your connection type is likely to be Dynamic not PPPOE.
