Hi,
The setup consists of a small workgroup of 5 Computers (2 x Win 10, 2 x Win 11) - all Lenovo Branded and 3 shared network printers. All the computers can print to all the printers without any problems.
The problem computer was an old Win 10 that has been replaced with a new Win 11 Lenovo ThinkCentre.
The computer came preinstalled with Windows 11.
This printer can print to two of the network printers but not an HP LaserJet P3015 printer. I add the printer by specifying the IP address of the printers and choose the driver from the dialog box that comes up without issue yet when I try to print a test page from the Printer setup dialogue the Print Queue fills up, a few seconds pass and that it goes back to idle without a paper coming out. Printing from ANY app does not produce an output.
I've managed a temporary workaround by sharing this printer from another computer on the network but I want each computer to print to any printer as has happened for years.
Is there anyway I can diagnose the problem (I tried the trouble shooting options but they did not suggest anything useful).
If all else fails I will scratch the PC and install Windows 11 again (from where I can download Windows 11 please?).
Thanks
