Hello, I have Gigabyte 970A-UD3P . But I can't find option to disable cores. I have FX 8320 and I read that in games like ARMA 3 disabling cores helps to get more fps. How could I achieve that?

Solution
Surely you have read that wrong. Otherwise that's potentially the most stupid thing I've heard in a while.

I think you've read about ''Disable CPU Core Parking'' and confused it with actually disabling cores.

And you have to learn to setup Arma 3 so all of your 8 cores are fully used. Google it because I don't know from the top of my head how this can be achieved. You use commands.

As far as motherboards go, and there uefi bios features.
The Gigabyte 970A-UD3P is one of those boards that lacks alot of features including the one to disable or enable how many cpu cores you wish to use.

I `m sorry to tell you.

So the only way you could possibly do it is if there is a config file for Arma 3 where you can edit how many physical cpu cores the game will, or can use.

So I will point you to this web page on how to optimize Arma 3 on your system, including on where to find the Arma3.cfg file so you can edit the games settings also De Kirvis.
Hope it helps you anyway.
