Is it possible to disable and enable RGB of my cpu cooler ?
Sometimes I prefer to run it without RGB

MY CPU cooler is : thermalright peerless assassin 120 se ARGB

Don't connect the ARGB header. Look at the final frame in the installation PDF.

You can also buy this cooler without any RGB.

That context would have been nice to know in the first place.

MSI Mystic Light can control the ARGB of your fans. You can set the colors, patterns, etc. or just have them off altogether.
