If you've manually installed all drivers in an elevated command, then you won't need to disable that feature. Pertaining to your query, here's a guide to disable it. Give it a whirl and see if that helps.

I get exactly the same issue with Math Geek's link too. The forum software has converted the link to an affiliate link with a referrer as tomshardware followed by the user's country code.

Rightstuff, to answer your question, if you're running the Home version of Windows 11 then type sysdm.cpl into the Run box, click the "Hardware" tab, click on "Device installation settings", then select "No" and save the change.

If you're running the Pro version then you can also do it via Group Policy.
