How can i find out if my Pc just got keylogged?

Hello guys, about 10 minutes ago i clicked on a sketchy link by mistake and when it opened it asked me to download some kind of image but the extension of it was wierd, it was not .jpg or .jpeg , i can`t remember how it looked like but i felt it shouldnt look like that, so, my question is, how can i find out if my Pc got keylogged?
