Question How can i find out what is wrong with my motherboard?

M5A78L-M/USB3 motherboard that is not giving a display. Is there any tool i can use to get an error code or something to do to find out what is wrong on the motherboard?

amd fx 8320, 700watt hyperk psu, gtx 770, basic 4 gig ram sticks. . So what happened is i was gonna upgraded the case so i took the parts out the case. everything was working and then the motherboard was on the motherboard box for a week and when i put everything in the pc it just wont display. All other parts working i tested the parts in another system with the same model motherboard so i know its the motherboard that is not working

If it is known defective, there's not much you can do in the way of "repairs".

I used both. it was working before. I want to know if there is any tool or device that can see what is wrong with a motherboard or if there is a way to get an error code to see what is wrong
