Question How can i fix artifacting on my pc computer?

I checked to see if it was my graphics card but i ran a program to see if the artifacting will show during games and it doesnt. only appears when im using google chrome and discord or when i have wall paper engine on. I tried to change the refresh rate and it didn't do anything and also tried to uninstall and reinstall the drivers on my pc and it still happened. Not sure if its a incompatible part i need to change or just something in the system settings that needs to change im just lost. its a brand new pc i just build not even a week ago so not really sure why this is happening.

Did you try uninstalling wall paper engine?

Try to downclock you memory on the gpu, 50hz by 50hz see if it helps

How are you connecting the card to your display? Try a different cable, and if it keeps happening, try a different input on your monitor and a different output from your card if you can.

Yeah, full system spec. would help. Maybe you got defected part. If you say it's a brand new pc, and you have a warranty, then go for a warranty. Don't do anything by yourself mechanicaly or by software, cause you can void it.

uninstalling wallpaper engine would do nothing it was happening even before i had steam installed in my pc

so you think i should just contact the warranty and see if they can figure out what is causing the artifacting with in my parts. I have warranty on basically all the parts i got and i got my parts from amazon and newegg so im not sure who exactly i should contact for this. this is so stressful lol.
