I built my PC about 2 years ago, my CPU temp average mid 65C to 72C when watching YouTube. I've only been playing one game which is Valorant and it goes up to 84C and stays there. Pump is running 100% (3400 rpm) fans are full speed ( 3 CPU fans running max 1800rpm) I tried putting a new thermal paste but it didn't work. All parts bought new. I have 9 fans, 3 for my AIO acting as exhaust and mounted on top on the case and the 6 are intakes, 3 side and 3 bottom. CPU TEMPS IS TOO HIGH
