How can I fix my keyboard/mouse combo?

I have a Viotek 2.4 g wireless mouse combo and I only the mouse works, but the keyboard doesn't work. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Did you try a new battery? The manual should have instructions on how to pair the keyboard with the receiver, if the battery is new, try that.
If that does not work, contact the vendor.
