I was recommended to update the BIOS of my GPU due to some problems I was having, but I don't know how to do it from the Gigabyte app. I don't know if it's from the Control Center or if it's from another application.

When does black screen happen? During Windows, games, when? What happens when it does black screen, do you need to forcibly restart?
It appears when I'm playing a game or watching a video, or when I'm not doing anything. Sometimes it happens as soon as I start the PC and it needs to be restarted, but there are times when even restarting it doesn't give me video.

I looked everywhere but I didn't find the option
Google can be your friend...

Access the NVIDIA Control Panel: Right-click on your desktop and select "NVIDIA Control Panel".
Navigate to Display: In the NVIDIA Control Panel, click on the "Display" option.
Set up G-SYNC: Click on "Set up G-SYNC".
Disable G-SYNC: Uncheck the box next to "Enable G-SYNC".
Apply Changes: Click "Apply" to save the changes.

Do you think I should try another version of the Nvidia drivers and disable GSync before flashing the BIOS? Or what do you think would be the best solution to my problem? I've tried versions 566.36 and 572.42. My last option would be 561.09.
