Not really.I mean, when I need to start to speak with others, then freeze, or lagg the chatting.

Are you hosting the meeting?

We have been holding family Zoom meetings with 3 to 7 sites.

The host (who is not me) has some controls over letting people in but we have not done anything to freeze anyone out or otherwise try reducing/slowing/lagging chatter.

Walk to the limit of your WiFi signal range so you have a bad internet connection. Not sure how having a bad meeting is "fun" though.

Sounds more like trying to disrupt a Zoom meeting than having "fun".
