How can i get livemail icon on my taskbar

why does my little windows livemail icon keep dissapearing from the bottom right of my toolbar, and i keep getting live messinger instead.

The default setting for the notification area is to "hide inactive icons". When that's set, you'll see a small left-facing arrow-head at the end of the notification area. Click this arrow-head and the hidden icons will appear.

If you want all the icons to be visible all the time, right-click Start button and choose "Properties".
Under the "Taskbar" tab, where it says "Notification Area" click "Customise".
