Question How can I get out of the American Megatrends screen so I can troubleshoot my computer?

I built my first computer. Was running great. Updated ASUS Prime 570x Pro Bios. Now I am stuck on American Megatrends screen. It says to press "Enter" to recover Bios setting. And "Press F1 to Run Setup." Although it recognizes my keyboard it doesn't respond when I hit any keys. Please help. Also, I not only touched the jumper pins with metal, and took the battery out and put it back in. When those actions didn't work, I went out and bought a new battery and replaced the old one. Nothing changed. I am stuck on the American Meg screen and it won't respond to my keyboard strokes.
