How can I get uplay to recognize SC Blacklist without redownloading ?

Hello

So I've installed the game when it released and finished it and then I reinstalled windows and formatted my hard disk and copied the whole folder of the game on an external hard to back it up

Now I copy the game to the downloading folder for the Uplay and it doesn't work .. any ideas how should I do it properly so I don't have to redownload the whole game " specially that I've a shitty internet connection "

Unfortunately, uPlay does not recognize games like that the same way Steam and Origin do. You will have to redownload it. Sorry.

The only way is to copy the installer folder before it installs the game then or what ?

You can back up the installer files before installing the game. Then next time you need to reinstall the game, just run the installer setup.exe application.
