Several solutions are present on youtube to increase graphics card.
Whether i should follow them or not?
"Several solutions" are mere clickbait at best.

You're using the graphics built into the CPU. (a very old low power CPU)
Your system has 2GB RAM
The CPU graphics shares that 2GB RAM with the rest of the system.
There is no more to "increase".

If you can access the bios, look to see if there is a setting to change the amount of ram that the graphics adapter has dedicated.
The default is likely 256mb.

Since you have only 2gb in your pc total, there is precious room to increase vram, even if it is possible.
What is your motherboard?
What ram do you currently have installed?
CPU-Z will tell you.

You might be able to add 2gb and run in dual channel mode.
That would help with both graphics speed and your game.
