How can I increase RAM allocation in VitualPC mode?

I need more RAM to run some of my XP programs. How can I allocate more than 500GB to XP Virtual PC mode? Thanks.

RAM or hard drive space??? Drive space is limited to 128GB. If you need more space you can attach additional hard drives to it. A simple google search can give you more details on that.

Start -> All Programs -> Windows Virtual PC (folder) -> Windows Virtual PC (program)

Right-click on the virtual machine you want to change and select "Settings..."

Click "Memory" in the left column.

Type in the amount of RAM you want and click "OK".

I'm sorry I mean 500MB of RAM.

There is no Tab for Memory when I right click and go into the properties.

Is this not what you get when you right-click a virtual machine and select "properties"?

I got to it exactly as I described in my post above:

When I open the Virtual PC program using the start menu path I described, I get an Explorer-like listing of the virtual machines that I've configured. I right-click on my "XP" machine and it comes up with that dialogue box:
