Question my NVMe shows up in BIOS as a RAID storage drive, but Windows will not see it nor allow me to initialize it

As it says in the question My brand new "Crucial P310 4Tb Gen 4 NVMe 2280 M.2 SSD" will not bee seen on my windows 11 device manager

Update BIOS to latest version.
Then disable Intel RST (Rapid Storage Technology).

In basic mode - there should be toggle switch to turn off Intel RST.
In advanced mode
Advanced/VMD setup menu/VMD controller - set to disabled.
