It's free to install just download from Microsoft... You'll have some minor limits on functionality and a watermark occasionally but it'll run forever like that. Any other answer would be illegal, it getting a code cheap off the internet which will likely become invalidated at some point later

You can install Win 10 and leave it Unactivated. $0.
When it asks for the license key, at the bottom of that screen. select "I don't have a license key"
Proceed on.

It runs just fine, with a few small restrictions.
No customization of the Desktop or Taskbar, and a sometimes appearing watermark at the bottom right of the screen.
Other than that, it runs just like normal.

Install it and run it unactivated. You'll just have to put up without some personalization features and a watermark.
