Good heavens, it has a floppy port!
* 1 x floppy connector
* 1 x IDE connector , 2 x IDE devices could be connected, support ATA 66/100/133
* 2 x SATA II 3Gb/s connectors (Support RAID 0, 1)
So you can connect up to two IDE drives and up to two SATA drives. The easiest way to find out if both will work at the same time is to plug it in and turn on the power (just be sure that it boots from the correct device; sometimes plugging in a new drive changes the boot order. Do you know how to do that?).
The next-easiest is to find the manual and download it; do you have a copy. Unless the manual specifically states to use
either IDE
or SATA, I can't imagine that it wouldn't work. Manual here:

Look at page 18 for the BIOS screen that shows drives. Attach your new drive, boot to BIOS, look here, and see both drives. Ta-Da.
There is no Master / Slave relationship. On the other hand, if by using the new drive as Master you meant to boot from it, you will probably have to do a complete OS install on that drive after
temporarily disconnecting the IDE drive. If you install an OS on the SATA drive while the bootable IDE drive is still attached to the motherboard, the boot sector will go on the IDE drive.
