Question How can I limit the use of VRAM

Hello, I have a problem with my graphics (rx 570 4gb) and it is that when I open a game that asks for many resources such as (gta v in fivem) my use of vram is 150% or 6gb and for this reason there are times when that the screen has strange flickers of colors. So I wanted to know how I can limit my use of vram or if there is some other solution.

Reduce ingame video quality settings -

reduce texture quality,​

reduce draw distance,​

reduce resolution.​

That is clear to me for example in csgo and other games that do not demand much vram is normal but I would like to know what would be the solution to not using 150% of the vram
