I have Ryzen 5 5600 ( Base Clock 3.5GHz | Boost Clock 4.4GHz )
The difference between Base Clock and Boost Clock is too great, almost 1Ghz, and I want something in between like 3.7 or 3.9Ghz.
on ASUS mobos there's a "CPU Core Ratio" setting.

can someone explain how can i do that on Asrock ?
I think i should set the CPU Boost Clock Override to Negative?

edit:
I'm not talking about Undervolting, (because it's still maintaining that high frequency ), I wan't what UV does but also lower speed.
Basically Power Limiting

I've enabled ECO mode 45w. it changes the PPT TDC EDC value
it does reduce the power usage (sometimes goes up to 50w)

but the core frequency is fluctuating between cores
some core are at 4.4ghz and some at 3.6ghz
