Just what the title says, how can I make my dual screen PC act like 2 different PCs, windows users and have different inputs like keyboards?

You're asking to have a virtual machine on one system but act like the secondary system on the other monitor. You can try and follow this guide but some grains of salt will be needed with what sort of hardware to buy for said build.
