Question How can i make my phone not use network while sharing mobile teather connection. Giving the connected device full connection speed

I have a op6 and a win 10 pc 64 bit. I use cable to share the connection

Since we resently moved to a new home and we havent gotten internet to the location. I have been forced to share the mobile network from my phone to the pc via cable. But my phone usually gets about 150/30mbps while not connected to my pc. But when ive connected it to my pc my pc only gets about 110/7mbps. And the latency increases alot.
I've tried to close all apps on my phone and tasks. But it still seems to eat a bit of the connection away.

So is there an way i could make it so that when my phone is connected to my pc through cable it would not use any internet itself. And act more like a router to my pc giving it the full speed?

The cable is not the problem since it can handle bigger data transfers than 110 only.

My phone is using android 9, and oxugenOS 9.0.7

I do not think you can.

But have you tried using the phone as a mobile hotspot rather than USB tethering?

Odd as it sounds, this sometimes turns out giving better throughput.

Yeah i tried but the speed is usually same or less...
