How can I mod the case with that build on a budget?

So I would like to mod this build:

I would like to add lightning, colours and generally some nice stuff. Apart from that, I would like to create a custom water-cooling loop to cool my CPU/GPU (RAM too if they price is cheap). The thing is that I don't know anything about modding. A lot of help would be appreciated.
EDIT: You can change the case if you find it easier and you should exclude the default water-cooler in this build. Oh and as for the budget, I would want to be in a reasonable price not something expensive.

Well i don't believe you're going to find any water blocks for a Zotac 1080. Go to EK and source a good block - then buy a GPU to match it. Easiest way to ensure compatibility by far.

Most all are designed for reference or founders editions.

Custom loops are not cheap, you're looking at a very hefty price tag. Pump, reservoir, radiators - the fittings alone cost as much as some peoples whole computers xD.

As far as modding, all you really need is a half decent drill, an assortment of bits, and a rotary tool with plenty of discs. (Dremel)
A set of files helps for deburring. Its just a metal box - you really can't go too wrong.

Did you have any specific questions?

As for the ek custom loop, I knew it before but for the whole system it's like 470 euros which seems like a lot for me. What I would want would be resources where I can find pics, links of tutorials and people that can give me advise on modding my case the way I want it. There are so many things related to modding (especially dimensions and generally the hardware things) that I don't have the time right now to learn them and even if I did, I don't know where to search.

So like Green said, watercooling can get way out of hand when it comes to price.

So this is a build i just finished up where all common sense was thrown to the side

Its an older motherboard i had laying around.

i7 975
Asus R3E
4 gtx 670 superclock+
3 intel 240GB SSD
1600w EVGA G2
All watercooling is EK
