How can I modify level files to get back my weapon unlocks?

I need someone's expertize on this. I play many competitive games as like: Red Orchestra and Company of heroes 2. But I stumbled across a problem, I have almost 1000 hours in Coh 2 and 400 in RO 2. But there is a problem with the leveling and unlocking system, I usually don't get drops or I don't level up in-game so I can't get better equipment. This problem happens because either my computer shuts down for unknown reason, something says to me that is the new windows 10 or it is because the internet providers cut the internet very often, usually happens a lot in my city to have problems like this. Is there any way I can get what I need to play multiplayer? I can't buy the equipment or level and lets be serious in Coh 2 the majority of the commanders are worthless.

Cheating is paying money to have advantages in games without even making real effort in playing that game. But I played a lot and still haven't unlocked what it would normally take 300 hours. Other players have an unfair advantage over me and lets face it its just to be at a common ground with other players. I don't really see the point why do I have to level every time when I buy a new game from 0. It is always the same mechanics and you just do the same thing over and over again. Really why the leveling, especially if you already played a game in the series and got a high rank. Its the same gameplay for all of them.

RGD is right, the only way to do what you're describing is through cheating.

Ok, but why would it be cheating if I modify values? Its just modifying statistics to be the same as high ranked player is not as like I don't have the skill to handle the weapons but its annoying to see players that don't know what they are doing and have high level weapons especially for Red Orchestra 2. But is there another way to unlock the weapons fast? As like in battlefield where you had an unlockable dlc for all weapons.

modifying values = cheating.

changing the value of my gold in game x to 9999999 = cheating.

I doubt any sort of multiplayer game will let you do that because the data for that likely isn't even on your PC.

because you have to pay for it. do Coh 2 offer that?

Stuff like that cheapens the game, like driving a nice car because your parents have money. If not earned, it's worthless and gains no respect from others IMHO. In pool there is a thing called a jump cue, lets you hop over a ball easier. It's the same thing, you don't have the skill to use a regular cue to do a jump shot so you pay money to get a gimmick cue to do it for you, it just cheapens the sport and is an insult to those that practice.
