How can i move my operating system in my SSD?

Hello everyone!
I have a small problem with an SSD.
In practice I mounted a 240GB SSD in my PC.
After mounting it, however, I went '' IN THIS PC '' and I saw that it did not detect ... I went into the bios and saw instead that there is detected
My question is:
how do I move the operating system from my hard disk to the 'SSD?
I already tried to do it but at some point it crashes and says that it is stuck with error 5, why?
Help please!

Use a cloning software like Marcium Reflect. After the cloning is complete make sure your boot order is changed in the bios to boot from the SSD first. Once in Windows on the SSD you can then format the old HDD for use as bulk storage.

I already tried it so it does not work ... I use a program called AOEMI partition assistant standard ... The problem is that at some point it crashes with error 5

cloning can be a problem if the old drive is using more storage then 250GB. the best route would be to disconnect your old drive and install a fresh copy of windows 10 on the SSD. after that you can connect your old HDD back up and still have access to all your files

It is a good idea, but the fact is that now my computer detects without going into the BIOS the SSD.
So I want to transport the operating system without disconnecting anything.

The only way to "transport" the OS is to clone you current drive onto the SSD. You cannot just boot Windows and drag the drive over to the SSD to copy it. If you are using less than 250GB on your current drive you will be able to clone onto the SSD. The software might yell a bit about size but unckecking stuff to clone that isn't needed will fix that issue. Again I recommend Marcium Reflect and it is worth a shot for you to try it. I have never had a clone fail using their free edition.

then i would suggest doing an image instead of a clone with Macrium Reflect. i have had more luck using an image over a clone when trying to transfer from a big drive to a small one.

you will have to disconnect the old drive at some point. your system will then have 2 copies of the same bootable OS. and may still boot to your old drive no matter how you set it up.
