How can I play FIFA 18 on low end PC?

I have a PC with integrated Graphics of Intel HD Graphics 4000 with a processor of core i3 1.70 Ghz 4th Generation and 4 GB RAM. I wanna play fifa 18(although it doesn't even get past the loading screen )
Please suggest what should I do and how?Like overclocking, undervolting, or do I have to use Swift Shader 3.0 or something like that? Also please state that whether I will be able to run this game at 30 FPS using your solution or not at all?

I saw there are several YouTube videos showing how to play that game on a low-end PC. Here is one of them. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4rQoq68tYcs

It appears you can access the game settings through a config file in the game directory without having to actually launch the game.
