[SOLVED] How can i plug my laptop in a ?

Hi so i have a msi laptop GF62 8RE and i'm planning to buy a msi monitor Optix MAG241C (BTW the hdmi is 1.4). my laptop doesn't support DP or DVI it has only hdmi it says in msi web that msi GF62 8RE run hdmi in 4k@60hz so i am wondering if i can use HDMI for 144HZ

another question if i buy an hdmi cable 2.0 (because i think my laptop support it ) but the monitor has hdmi 1.4 will it run correctly at 144HZ .
3- if i buy a monitor support freesync by amd for a nvidia gpu will it work ?
please answer as soon as possible i really need help.

the monitor is supporting HDMI 1.4:
1920 x 1080 (Up to 144Hz)

the laptop can get you the 144Hz at 1920x1080

You can use HDMI 1.4 or 2.0 cable, won´t be different in your setup.
