How can i reformat u3 flash stick

Hello,
I USED MY U3 ON 32 BIT PC WILLK NOT WORK ON NEW ONE 64BIT. CAN I REFORMAT N START AGAIN
WAS VISTA NOW WINDOWS 7

I've never used U3. You didn't mention the make/model of your USB drive with U3 on it either. from what I gather, you need a U3 update which can most likely be foud on the manufacturer's web site.
