How can I repair corrupted files?

My Windows system32 or maybe other files have been corrupt, its not severe, but I cant install updates, connect some devices through USB (because of the drivers) and some little details, but they get in the way on getting the full experience. I have ran "sfc /scannow" and it didnt solve it, also I tried another command (dont remember the name) that repaired drives when you restart your PC, it also didnt work, so im looking for a solution to this, it doesnt matter if I have to format or something, I dont have important stuff I need to keep, so please give me a solution. Thanks
